Planned Maintenance – Temporary TeamHaven Web Service Downtime

We would like to inform you of planned maintenance to our server infrastructure, which is scheduled to begin on Friday evening, approximately 6pm GMT and is expected to continue until Saturday morning, approximately 6am GMT.

As part of this maintenance, we will be deploying new server hardware to improve the performance and responsiveness of our web services. Due to the nature of the work and some unknown variables during the deployment, we are unable to provide an exact completion time. Our team will work to complete the maintenance as quickly and safely as possible.

During this period:

  • TeamHaven Web services will be temporarily unavailable.
  • The TeamHaven Mobile app will remain fully operational, allowing field teams to continue their work without interruption.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we carry out these important improvements. We are confident that these upgrades will provide a faster and more reliable experience once the maintenance has been completed.
